Seat/Backrest: Synthetic straw with an Italian weave from the Acqua line, with flame-retardant and UV protection, handcrafted on a manual loom. Available in beige, gray, green, and orange colors.

The model is based on a traditional “director’s chair,” but it stands out due to its special details. The ergonomics have been reimagined by architect Arthur Casas in collaboration with the Nani Chinellato team and Object Studio. Foldable and designed for outdoor use, the chair is crafted from 30-year-old teak wood or cumaru, both treated for durability. Stainless steel, also resistant to weather variations, is used for the joints, ensuring stability. The aqua-colored fabric provides a gentle rocking motion. The material is handwoven using an Italian technique, with high-quality plastic composite threads treated with UV protection to prevent fading when exposed to sunlight. Additionally, the fabric has low elasticity, resulting in minimal deformation with use.
